• Users are responsible for ensuring listing details are accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
• You must have the right to post any images, descriptions, or materials you upload.
• UPPA may remove content that violates these terms or appears harmful, deceptive, or inappropriate.

4. User Conduct

• Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service operation.
• Do not post false, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing content.
• Do not use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

UPPA is a platform for discovery and connection. Unless explicitly stated, we do not own, inspect, or guarantee third-party listings or private transactions between users. Use the platform at your own discretion.
